Certificações edifício energia zero no Brasil
O objetivo deste artigo é examinar certificações ambientais de edifício energia zero no Brasil. As certificações ambientais apresentam requisitos exigidos pelo órgão certificador que precisam ser atendidos no empreendimento e avaliados por terceira parte. Neste caso são avaliadas exigências relacionadas aos edifícios energia zero que devem possuir redução no consumo energético sendo projetados para terem eficiência energética e gerar quantidade de energia renovável equivalente ou maior do que a demanda de consumo energético. A pesquisa investiga por meio de levantamento bibliográfico duas certificações que foram implementadas em edifícios no Brasil, a certificação americana LEED Zero Energy e a brasileira GBC Brasil Zero Energy. É analisado o primeiro edifício LEED Zero Energy no mundo, localizado em Curitiba e o primeiro com a certificação GBC Brasil Zero Energy, em Cuiabá. Conclui-se que os incentivos e práticas das certificações edifício energia zero são de grande importância no mercado brasileiro da construção civil devido aos edifícios energia zero colaborarem com a redução da emissão de gases de efeito estufa.

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to examine zero energy building certifications in Brazil. The environmental certifications have requirements required by the certification institution that need to be met in the building and evaluated by a third-party. In this case, requirements related to zero energy buildings are considered, which must have energy consumption reduction through an energy efficient design and renewable energy generation equivalent or greater than the building energy demand. The research investigates through a bibliographic survey two zero energy certifications that were implemented in buildings in Brazil, the American certification LEED Zero Energy and the Brazilian GBC Brazil Zero Energy. It is investigated the first building LEED Zero Energy in the world, located in Curitiba and the first with GBC Brazil Zero Energy certification, in Cuiaba. It concludes that incentives and implementation of zero energy certification are of great importance in the Brazilian building industry because the zero energy buildings collaborate in the reduction of greenhouse gas emission.
