CENTRO DE REFERÊNCIA EM PRÁTICAS INTEGRATIVAS EM SAÚDE: O CULTIVO DAS PICS NO DF
O CERPIS, localizado em Planaltina, compõe a rede de atenção primária da Região Norte de Saúde da SES DF. Considerado como uma das primeiras iniciativas de PIS no DF, foi criado em 1983 com a constituição de canteiros de plantas medicinais, envolvendo trabalhadores da saúde, moradores da comunidade e outros colaboradores interessados no cuidado em saúde feito a partir das plantas. Ao longo do tempo, o serviço foi se expandindo, e, atualmente, oferece atendimentos individuais e coletivos em PIS às demandas espontâneas e encaminhamentos de diversos setores, em consonância com as PNPICS e a PDPIS. Para a escrita coletiva e colaborativa deste artigo, foi aplicado o método Colheita Coletiva de Histórias. Em encontros de grupo, servidores que trabalham e que já trabalharam no CERPIS, contaram suas histórias de vida neste serviço, enquanto os demais ouviam por meio de lentes, ou seja, focos específicos, realizando a colheita de aspectos de destaque de cada lente. Cada participante sistematizou sua colheita, que gerou produtos textuais apresentados neste trabalho. A palavra aprendizado foi constantemente repetida por todos os participantes durante essa experiência. É possível notar pelas histórias de vida de profissionais do CERPIS dedicados às PIS, que seu cultivo sempre demandou, e continua demandando, vontade, liderança e proatividade, cuidado e várias outras atitudes que garantam um contexto propício ao crescimento e desenvolvimento de uma oferta de cuidado em saúde ainda contra hegemônica no Brasil, mas que de maneira incontestável transforma profundamente as vidas das pessoas nela envolvidas, seja profissional, seja beneficiário do serviço. A história de um serviço é a costura de todas as histórias das pessoas que o constituem.

Abstract:
CERPIS, the Reference Center for Integrative Health Services, is located in Planaltina, Federal District, Brazil. It is part of the primary care network of the North Health Region of the Federal District Health Department. It is considered one of the first initiatives of Integrative Health Practices (IHP) in the capital of the country. It was created in 1983, when a medicinal herb garden project was implemented by health care workers, community members and other collaborators interested in plant-based health care programs. Throughout the years services have been expanded and nowadays CERPIS offers individual and group activities for people with referrals from other health facilities and also for those who seek assistance directly from CERPIS (spontaneous demand). All services are offered in accordance with the National Integrative and Complimentary Health Practices Policy (PNPICS) and the Federal District Integrative Health Practices Policy (PDPIS). The method used to write this article was Collective Story Harvesting. Current and former CERPIS employees were gathered in groups to tell their life stories related to CERPIS. Participants were supposed to listen through specific lens while someone else was speaking, i.e., each listener had to focus on aspects brought by the speaker that were related to the listener’s own lens. Participants shared their own harvesting, which was transformed into written materials reported in the current article. The word learning was constantly used by all participants. One can notice through testimonials from CERPIS health workers dedicated to IHP that their job has always demanded, and it still does, the willpower, leadership and proactivity, care and various other attitudes that are crucial to the expansion and to the development of health care services that still play a counterhegemonic role in Brazil, although they undoubtedly transform profoundly the lives of people who are involved with them, both health professionals and the local community. The story of a health service is a quilt of stories from individuals who are part of that service.
