CENSO SOCIOECONÔMICO DE ESTUDANTES DO ENSINO TÉCNICO E TECNÓLOGO NA ÁREA DE ALIMENTOS E AFINS DE UMA INSTITUIÇÃO DE CUIABÁ/MT
O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar
um censo socioeconômico com estudantes
do ensino tecnólogo e técnico da área de
alimentos e afins de uma instituição de ensino
localizada na cidade de Cuiabá/MT. Para isso
foi aplicado um questionário individual précodificado
que continha questões sobre sexo,
idade, estado civil, escolaridade, renda familiar,
atividade, tempo de atuação, matriz alimentar
com a qual tem contato no trabalho. Constatouse
que 70,34% dos estudantes eram do sexo
feminino enquanto que apenas 29,66% eram
do sexo masculino, assim como 30,77% dos
alunos tinham entre 31 a 40 anos de idade.
Além disso, 54,55% dos alunos eram solteiros,
56,36% viviam com renda familiar de 2 – 3
salários mínimos, 22,73% possuíam terceiro
grau incompleto, 40,0% não trabalhavam
e 28,18% trabalhavam com produção de
alimentos, sendo 39,39% dos ativos com tempo
de serviço de 2 – 5 anos e 65,0% dos mesmos
tinham contato com bovinos. Concluiu-se que o
censo realizado se manteve próximo aos dados
nacionais.

Abstract:
The objective of this study was to
carry out a socioeconomic census with students
of technical and technical education in the
food and related area of a teaching institution
located in the city of Cuiabá/MT. For this, a precoded
individual questionnaire was used, which
contained questions about sex, age, marital
status, schooling, family income, activity, time of
action, food matrix with which it has contact at
work. It was found that 70.34% of the students
were females while only 29.66% were males, as
well as 30.77% of the students were between
31 and 40 years of age. In addition, 54.55% of
the students were unmarried, 56.36% lived with a family income of 2 - 3 minimum
salaries, 22.73% had incomplete third degree, 40.0% did not work and 28.18% worked
with production of food, with 39.39% of the assets with service time of 2 - 5 years and
65.0% of them had contact with cattle. It was concluded that the census carried out
remained close to the national data.
