Celebrações cívicas realizadas pelo Ginásio Municipal de Serrolândia-Ba no período da Ditadura Civil-Militar (1964-1985)
O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as celebrações cívicas realizadas pelo Primeiro Ginásio Municipal de Serrolândia-Ba durante o período da ditadura civil-militar brasileira. As práticas cívicas, dentro do sistema educacional brasileiro, visavam a normatização e disciplinarização do corpo estudantil, além do ufanismo patriótico que se alinhava as ideologias do regime autoritário instaurado a partir 1964. Criado em 1962, na recém emancipada cidade de Serrolândia a 320 quilômetros da capital Salvador, o Primeiro Ginásio Municipal seguiu os preceitos cívicos propostos pela ditadura civil-militar. Os desfiles, sessões solenes, hasteamento da bandeira e cânticos de hinos patrióticos eram frequentes no cotidiano desse centro educacional, principalmente nas datas comemorativas: Sete de setembro, dia da bandeira, aniversário da cidade etc. Além dessas datas, consideradas tradicionais, o Ginásio Municipal celebrou entre 1971 a 1973 três aniversários da “revolução” de 1964, que tinha como único objetivo a exaltação do próprio regime e o Sesquicentenário da Independência do Brasil em 1972. Para a consecução desse artigo, foram utilizados como fonte a documentação do Ginásio; as Atas das celebrações cívicas, reuniões e exame admissão, produzidas no período estudado.

Abstract:
This article aims to analyze the civic celebrations carried out by the First Municipal Gymnasium of Serrolândia-BA during the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship. The civic practices, within the Brazilian educational system, sought to standardize and to discipline the student body, besides the exacerbated patriotism which aligned to the authoritarian regime ideologies established in 1964. Created in 1962, in the newly emancipated town of Serrolândia-BA, 320 kilometers from its capital, Salvador-BA, First Municipal Gymnasium followed the civic precepts proposed by the civil-military dictatorship. The parades, solemn sessions, hoisting of flag and patriotic hymns singing were frequent in the routine of the referred educational center, mainly in commemorative dates: September seventh (Brazilian Independence Day), Flag Day, Serrolândia’s anniversary. In addition to the aforementioned commemorative days, considered traditional, the Municipal Gymnasium celebrated between 1971 and 1973 three anniversaries of the 1964 “revolution” whose sole purpose was the exaltation of the own regime and the Sesquicentenary of the Brazilian Independence in 1972. For the consecution of this article, were used as source of information the documentation of the Gymnasium: the minutes of the civic celebrations, meetings and admission exam, produced in the studied period.
