CATÁLOGO DE REMÉDIOS NATURAIS, UM LEVANTAMENTO DE PLANTAS MEDICINAIS NO CE
O uso de plantas medicinais são um recurso usado pelo população por várias gerações com o intuito de auxiliar na cura de algumas enfermidades. A educação sobre o uso destas pode tornar o uso mais comum no dia a dia das pessoas e com isso, trazer vários benefícios cientificamente comprovados. Desenvolver uma pesquisa objetivando catalogar as principais plantas medicinais de consumo comum, com propriedades fitoterápicas comprovadas é de grande relevância para a comunidade científica. Este estudo foi realizada com base em artigos de plantas medicinais comuns no Ceará, publicados entre 2013 e 2022. As principais plantas catalogadas foram Aroeira vermelha, Erva-doce, Camomila as quais se destacam por apresentar princípios ativos que apresentam efeitos benéficos no tratamento de doenças. Mostrar o efeito terapêutico plantas medicinais para o público em geral pode tornar o uso destas mais frequentes

Abstract:
The use of medicinal plants is a resource used by the population for many generations with the purpose of help with the healing of some illness. The education about the use of those could make the use of those common on the everyday and with that, bring many scientifically proven benefits. Developing research with the purpose of cataloging the main medicinal plants of common use, and proven phytotherapies properties is very relevant to the scientific community. This study was made with articles about medicinal plants of the Ceará, published between 2013 e 2022. The cataloged plants were red mastic, rose pepper, anise and chamomile that stand out by presenting active principles that present benefic effect on illness treatment. Show the therapeutic uses of medicinal plants to the general public can make the use of those more frequently.
