CARCINOMA LOBULAR INVASIVO DA MAMA – RELATO DE CASO; BREAST INVASIVE LOBULAR CARCINOMA – CASE REPORT
O objetivo desse artigo é apresentar um relato de caso sobre carcinoma lobular invasivo da mama, evidenciando a relevância desse diagnóstico por conta da baixa prevalência, principalmente abaixo dos 40 anos, quando o câncer de mama tende a ser mais agressivo e consequentemente com um pior prognóstico. Concluimos que, a partir da detecção mamográfica diminuída e da resistência dessa neoplasia à abordagem adjuvante, o diagnóstico e o tratamento são dificultados, o que reflete na sua relevância.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to present a case report on breast invasive lobular carcinoma, showing the relevance of this diagnosis due to the low prevalence, especially below 40 years, when breast cancer tends to be more aggressive and consequently with a worse prognosis . We conclude that, due to the reduced mammographic detection and the resistance of this neoplasm to the adjuvant approach, diagnosis and treatment are difficult, which reflects its relevance
