CARACTERIZACIÓN DE LOS INDUCTORES DE VALOR Y LA IMPORTANCIA DE LAS EXPECTATIVAS DE LOS INVERSIONISTAS EN LA GESTIÓN BASADA EN VALOR.
En este capítulo se define la Gestión Basada en Valor, así como los indicadores de causa efecto (inductores de valor) con los cuales se evalúa la creación de valor, mediante ejemplos sencillos y prácticos, y se presenta el sistema de creación de valor planteado por García (2003). Adicionalmente, se menciona la importancia de las expectativas del inversionista en el análisis de la Gestión Basada en Valor y la necesidad de incorporarlas dentro del cálculo del rendimiento económico.

Abstract: This chapter defines Value-Based Management, as well as the cause-effect indicators (value drivers) with which the creation of value is evaluated, through simple and practical examples, and the value creation system proposed by García (2003). Additionally, the importance of investor expectations in the analysis of Value-Based Management and the need to incorporate them into the calculation of economic performance is mentioned.
