CARACTERIZAÇÃO DOS CASOS DE SÍFILIS ATENDIDOS NO CTA
Sabe-se que sífilis é uma das doenças de notificação compulsória, e que atualmente ocorre um aumento no índice destas IST’s devido, muitas vezes, ao desconhecimento das pessoas sobre o assunto e dos jovens cada vez mais cedo iniciarem sua vida sexual. O objetivo foi identificar o perfil epidemiológico das pessoas com sífilis cadastradas no Centro de Acolhimento e Assistência (CTA), que fazem ou já fizeram acompanhamento na unidade, (receberam alta, abandonaram o tratamento ou em recidiva da infecção) durante o ano de 2018. O estudo foi realizado no Centro de Testagem e Acolhimento (CTA) de Itajubá o qual é conhecido por Centro de Assistência e Prevenção de DST/HIV/AIDS (CAP). Foram estudados 150 prontuários de pessoas com sífilis que possuem cadastro no CTA e pode-se observar que 33,33% tinham 20 a 29 anos, 58% eram homens, 62,66% eram solteiros, 90,66% moravam na zona urbana, 87,30% do total de mulheres não apresentaram sífilis gestacional, 98,66% realizaram o tratamento até 1 ano de acompanhamento, 94,66% não tiveram recidiva da infecção, 91,33% não apresentaram coinfecção. O presente estudo possui relevância científica, na área acadêmica, fornecendo dados a respeito da população infectada pela doença. Os indivíduos infectados pela doença e a sociedade se beneficiarão com uma assistência com mais qualidade direcionada. Desperta nos profissionais de enfermagem mais conscientização, prevenção e acolhimento dos infectados.

Abstract:
It is known that syphilis is one of the compulsory notification diseases, and that currently there is an increase in the rate of these STIs, often due to the lack of knowledge of people on the subject and of young people starting their sexual life earlier and earlier. The objective was to identify the epidemiological profile of people with syphilis registered at the Reception and Assistance Center (CTA), who are or have been followed up at the unit (they were discharged, abandoned treatment or had a recurrence of the infection) during 2018. The study was carried out at the Testing and Reception Center (CTA) in Itajubá, which is known as the STD / HIV / AIDS Prevention and Assistance Center (CAP). 150 medical records of people with syphilis who are registered with the CTA were studied and it can be seen that 33.33% were 20 to 29 years old, 58% were men, 62.66% were single, 90.66% lived in the urban area, 87.30% of all women did not present gestational syphilis, 98.66% underwent treatment for 1 year of follow-up, 94.66% did not have a recurrence of the infection, 91.33% did not present co-infection. The present study has scientific relevance, in the academic area, providing data about the population infected by the disease. Individuals infected by the disease and society will benefit from more targeted quality care. It awakens in nursing professionals more awareness, prevention and reception of those infected.
