CARACTERIZAÇÃO DO PERFIL, DA PERCEPÇÃO DO AMBIENTE OCUPACIONAL E DOS PRINCIPAIS DESFECHOS OSTEOMUSCULARES NOS FUNCIONÁRIOS DA ATENÇÃO BÁSICA A SAÚDE DO MUNICÍPIO DE PRESIDENTE KUBITSCHECK – MINAS GERAIS
Os objetivos do presente estudo foram avaliar o perfil, os principais acometimentos osteomusculares e questões relativas com a percepção do ambiente ocupacional e da vida dos profissionais atuantes na ABS do munícipio de Presidente Kubitscheck – Minas Gerais. Trinta e dois funcionários de diferentes categorias profissionais responderam a dois questionários específicos (Questionário de Qualidade de Vida e Saúde – 80 e Questionário Nórdico de Sintomas Osteomusculares) em três dias de coleta. Foi realizada análise descritiva dos resultados. Os resultados permitiram traçar o perfil e descrever vários aspectos da vida destes funcionários, tais como: a maioria sendo do sexo feminino e residentes do próprio município; a idade média destes foi de 34,18 anos, sendo adultos jovens, com baixo nível de atividade física e caracterização de sobrepeso entre os funcionários; doenças crônicas degenerativas estavam presentes em 11 destes, sendo a Hipertensão Arterial a mais comum; foi observado baixa renda e baixo nível de escolaridade na amostra estudada e observou-se que quanto menor a escolaridade, menor é a renda entre os estudados (p=0,00) . Além destes, foi relatado grande número de queixas osteomusculares pelos trabalhadores, e que estas levaram a impedimentos e à procura por auxílio de profissionais de saúde nos últimos 7 dias e nos últimos 12 meses. No entanto, obteve-se resultados bastante positivos e significativos na presente população, onde foi verificado bons níveis de satisfação com o ambiente laboral, e que os funcionários se encontravam satisfeitos com sua Qualidade de Vida. Nota-se através de alguns dados obtidos, que é necessário um olhar mais aguçado para o tema “saúde do trabalhador da atenção básica”, buscando estratégias que melhorem os indicadores desta população e de vários funcionários que exercem funções dentro deste setor.

Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to evaluate the profile, the main musculoskeletal disorders and issues related to the perception of the occupational environment and life of professionals working in the ABS in the municipality of Presidente Kubitscheck - Minas Gerais. Thirty-two employees of different professional categories answered two specific questionnaires (Quality of Life and Health Questionnaire – 80 and Nordic Musculoskeletal Symptoms Questionnaire) in three days of collection. Descriptive analysis of the results was performed. The results made it possible to trace the profile and describe various aspects of these employees' lives, such as: most of them being female and residents of the municipality itself; their average age was 34.18 years old, being young adults, with a low level of physical activity and characterization of overweight among employees; chronic degenerative diseases were present in 11 of these, with arterial hypertension being the most common; low income and low level of education were observed in the studied sample and it was observed that the lower the level of education, the lower the income among those studied (p=0.00) . In addition to these, a large number of musculoskeletal complaints was reported by workers, and that these led to impediments and to seeking help from health professionals in the last 7 days and in the last 12 months. However, very positive and significant results were obtained in the present population, where it was verified good levels of satisfaction with the work environment, and that employees were satisfied with their Quality of Life. It can be seen through some data obtained that a sharper look is needed on the topic “health of primary care workers”, seeking strategies to improve the indicators of this population and of several employees who perform functions within this sector.
