CARACTERIZAÇÃO DO CANAL LOGÍSTICO REVERSO: ESTUDO DE CASO EM UMA EMPRESA DE AUTOPEÇAS E MECÂNICA EM SÃO LUÍS
Uma empresa de autopeças e mecânica, com sua prestação de serviço, gera um acúmulo de materiais. Esses resíduos gerados são descartados por vezes de forma irregular, tornando-se uma empresa não sustentável, que prejudica a si mesma, sociedade e o ambiente, trazendo danos irreparáveis, por isso é de suma importância possuir um Canal Logístico para o tratamento desses resíduos, além de cumprir determinações legais. O objetivo deste artigo é a caracterização de um canal logístico reverso em uma empresa de autopeças e mecânica. Foi realizado através de estudo de caso, apresentando uma abordagem quantitativa, com o objetivo de medir a quantidade de materiais gerados pela empresa, somado a entrevistas e observações. Para dar suporte ao estudo, foi realizada a pesquisa bibliográfica, em autores que tratam sobre o tema abordado; resíduos e suas relações com o meio ambiente e sociedade. Ao final do estudo, foi possível observar a caracterização de um canal logístico para o tratamento de resíduos gerados pela empresa e as dificuldades encontradas para executar o plano da logística e armazenar os resíduos gerados.

Abstract:
A company of auto parts and mechanical, in their provision of services, generates an accumulation of materials. These residues generated are discarded by times of irregular shape, becoming a company is not sustainable, that prejudice itself, the environment and society, bringing irreparable damage, so it is of the utmost importance have a Logistics Channel for the treatment of waste, in addition to complying with legal determinations. The objective of this article is the characterization of reverse logistics channel in a company of auto parts and mechanics. Was performed through a case study, presenting a quantitative approach, with the aim of measuring the quantity of materials generated by the company added to interviews and observations. To support the study was conducted bibliographic research, in authors who deal on the reverse logistics; waste and its relations with the environment and society. At the end of the study, it was possible to observe the characterization of a logistics channel for the treatment of waste generated by the company and the difficulties encountered in executing the logistics plan and storing the waste generated.
