CARACTERIZAÇÃO DAS PUBLICAÇÕES INTERNACIONAIS SOBRE CAPITAL PSICOLÓGICO (PSYCAP)
O presente estudo tem por
objetivo mapear as produções em periódicos
internacionais sobre capital psicológico (psycap),
no período de 2007 a 2017, no que diz respeito
à identificação do perfil de autoria, às temáticos
correlatas, às tipologias metodológicas, ao
perfil das organizações estudadas, bem como
à evolução da temática. Trata-se de uma
pesquisa quantitativa, exploratória e descritiva,
com uso do método bibliométrico. A coleta de
dados foi realizada em periódicos internacionais
classificados nos estratos A1, A2, B1 e B2 por
meio do portal de periódicos CAPES. Dentre
os resultados obtidos observou-se que as
produções têm dois, três ou quatro autores e
os que mais publicaram foram Fred Luthans,
James B. Avey e Osman M. Karatepe; acerca
dos eixos temáticos pesquisados, sobressaem
os temas relacionados às quatro dimensões
do capital psicológico, burnout, liderança e
assuntos relacionados à liderança autêntica;
sobre as tipologias metodológicas percebese
que quanto à natureza da pesquisa há
predominância de estudos teórico-empíricos, já
em relação ao objetivo e processo de pesquisa
percebeu-se que é uma característica dos
artigos internacionais analisados a ausência da
identificação total ou parcial desta construção
metodológica; por fim, quanto à análise do
perfil das organizações estudadas, grande
parcela das pesquisas não especificam o tipo e
o porte da instituição, porém, pode-se dizer que
há relevante procura por organizações privadas
de grande porte, bem como percebeu-se que
os setores de educação, serviços e hoteleiro
predominam nos estudos.

Abstract:
The goal of this study is to map the
outputs in international journals about Psycap,
within the period from 2007 to 2017, regarding
the identification of the authorship profile,
related thematic, methodological typologies,
profile of the studied organizations, as well as
the evolution of the thematic. It is a quantitative,
exploratory and descriptive survey, using the
Bibliometric method. The data collection was
carried out in international journals classified
in the strata A1, A2, B1 and B2 through the
portal of periodicals CAPES. Among the results
obtained, it was noted that much of the outputs
have two, three or four authors, and the most
published were Fred Luthans, James B. Avey
and Osman M. Karatepe. About the thematic
axes surveyed, the themes related to the four
dimensions of psychological capital, burnout, leadership and subjects related to
authentic leadership stand out. On the methodological typologies it’s noticed that as to
the nature of the research there is predominance of theoretical-empirical studies, yet
in relation to the research objective and process, it was realized that the absence of
total or partial identification of this methodological construction is a characteristic of the
international articles analyzed; Finally, as to the analysis of the studied organizations’
profile, a large portion of the research does not specify the type and the size of the
institution, however, according to the surveys in which such criteria are identified, it can
be said there is substantial demand for large private organizations, and it was realized
that education, services and hospitality sectors predominate in the studies as well.
