CARACTERÍSTICAS DOS LÍDERES DOS GRUPOS DE PESQUISA DO CAMPO DA SAÚDE COLETIVA CADASTRADOS NO DIRETÓRIO DE GRUPOS DE PESQUISA DO BRASIL (DGP/CNPQ)
O líder tem a função de organizar e integrar todas as atividades, sendo o elo entre a integração e coordenação da equipe. Assim sendo, essa pesquisa tem como objetivo mapear os líderes de grupos de pesquisa no campo da saúde coletiva cadastrados no diretório do Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico (CNPq). Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter descritivo, em que foram analisados 116 grupos de pesquisa e seus respectivos líderes até dezembro de 2015. Cerca de 72% dos líderes encontram-se vinculados a instituições de ensino e pesquisa públicos, com predomínio de 42% estabelecida na região sudeste. Entre os líderes, 92,2% possuem o título de doutor, sendo destes 94,8% obtido em universidades brasileiras. No período estudado de 2011 a 2015 os líderes publicaram 1.645 artigos, apresentando uma média de 329 artigos/ano. Deste total 83,9% ocorreram em revistas indexadas no Qualis, sendo 3,5% publicados no estrato A1. Apesar do registro do crescimento da área com a inserção de novos programas de scricto-sensu, aumento do número de pesquisadores vinculados a grupos de pesquisa ainda se observa a inexpressiva produção científica nos estratos A1 e A2, demonstrando que é um campo em consolidação na pesquisa. Pode-se concluir que o campo da saúde coletiva se encontra em processo de consolidação frente a homogeneidade e a busca por uma produção científica de qualidade.

Abstract:
The leader has the role of organizing and integrating all activities, being the link between the integration and coordination of the team. Therefore, this research aims to map the leaders of research groups in the field of collective health registered in the directory of the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (Cnpq). This is a descriptive research, in which 116 research groups and their respective leaders were analyzed by December 2015. About 72% of leaders are linked to public education and research institutions, with a predominance of 42% established in the Southeast region. Among the leaders, 92.2% hold the title of doctor, of which 94.8% obtained in Brazilian universities. In the period studied from 2011 to 2015, the leaders published 1,645 articles, with an average of 329 articles/year. Of this total, 83.9% occurred in journals indexed in Qualis, of which 3.5% were published in stratum A1. Despite the record of the growth of the area with the insertion of new scricto-sensu programs, an increase in the number of researchers linked to research groups still shows the inexpressive scientific production in strata A1 and A2, demonstrating that it is a field in consolidation in research. It can be concluded that the field of collective health is in the process of consolidation in the face of homogeneity and the search for a scientific production of quality.
