CARACTERÍSTICAS DO TRABALHO ESCRAVO: UMA ANÁLISE DO SEU COMPORTAMENTO NO ESTADO DE GOIÁS
O Estado de Goiás ocupa o sétimo
lugar no País em relação ao seu espaço
geográfico, e em 2015 passou figurar na
terceira posição no “ranking” de trabalhadores
identificados em condições análogas à
escravidão, de acordo com as ações efetivadas
pela Superintendência Regional de Trabalho e
Emprego e pelo Grupo Especial de Fiscalização
Móvel, somente no município de Mineiros foram
identificadas 52 pessoas nessas condições. Em
todos os casos encontrados os alojamentos,
alimentação e a água não seguiam o mínimo
de salubridade, sendo que a água era a mesma
fornecida para os animais. Dessa forma, a
presente pesquisa trouxe à discussão o estudo
das novas concepções do trabalho escravo e
tem como objetivo construir um provável perfil
dos trabalhadores submetidos ao trabalho
escravo contemporâneo no Brasil e como esse
fato social está acontecendo em Goiás, a partir
de seus elementos caracterizadores. Para a
realização da presente pesquisa utilizou-se o
método descritivo, via coleta de dados junto à
Auditoria Fiscal do Trabalho; dados do IBGE
e informações disponibilizadas pelo Ministério
do Trabalho e Emprego e Procuradoria do
Trabalho.

Abstract:
The State of Goiás occupies the
seventh place in the country in relation to its
geographic space, and in 2015 it came to be
classified in the third place in the ranking of
workers identified in conditions analogous to
slavery, according to the actions carried out
by the Regional Superintendence of Labor
and Employment and by the Special Mobile
Inspection Group, only in the town of Mineiros, 52
people have been identified in these conditions.
In all the cases that were found, the lodging, the
food and the water did not follow the minimum
salubrity levels; the water provided was the
same water dispensed to animals. Thus, the
present research brought to discussion the study
of the new conceptions of slave labor and has
as objective to construct a probable profile of workers submitted to contemporary slave
labor in Brazil, and since this social fact is taking place in Goiás, from its characterizing
elements. For the accomplishment of the present research, the descriptive method was
used, through the collection of data with the Fiscal Audit of Labor; data from IBGE and
information provided by the Ministry of Labor and Employment and Labor Attorney.
