CARACTERÍSTICAS DA APOSENTADORIA MILITAR: CONCESSÕES E MODIFICAÇÕES NA LEGISLAÇÃO
Como forma de remunerar o militar por seus valiosos anos de
serviço e que atualmente se encontra na reserva ou reforma, existe á sua
disposição um sistema que contempla seguridade financeira para os anos
finais. Suas vantagens são objeto de análise no presente estudo e expostas.
Essas considerações sobre os proventos na terceira idade são necessárias por
conta da necessidade de se fornecer provisões durante uma etapa da vida na
qual não é mais viável o esforço físico vigoroso relativo ao trabalho.

Abstract: As a way of remunerating the military for their valuable years of service and who are currently in reserve or retirement, there is at their disposal a system that includes financial security for the final years. Its advantages are analyzed in this study and exposed. These considerations about earnings in old age are necessary because of the need to provide provisions during a stage of life in which vigorous physical effort related to work is no longer viable.
