CAPTAÇÃO DE DENTES HUMANOS EXTRAÍDOS NO SERVIÇO PÚBLICO DOS MUNICÍPIOS DA 3ª REGIONAL DE SAÚDE DO PARANÁ PELO BANCO DE DENTES HUMANOS DA UEPG
O Curso de Odontologia da Universidade Estadual de Ponta Grossa (UEPG) apresenta uma ampla necessidade de dentes humanos para o treinamento laboratorial pré-clínico e pesquisa. Neste cenário, o Banco de Dentes Humanos da UEPG (BDH-UEPG) regulamenta o trâmite de dentes humanos extraídos, suprindo as necessidades da instituição. Os 12 municípios da 3ª Regional de Saúde do Paraná (3RSPR) apresentam atendimento odontológico público, constituindo possíveis pontos para coleta de dentes. Desta forma, o presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um fluxograma representativo da rede proposta para captação dos dentes no serviço odontológico da 3RSPR, estabelecendo uma logística de arrecadação destes dentes que respeite as exigências técnicas, legais e éticas. Com a implementação do proposto, espera-se que a captação dos dentes do serviço público auxilie no suprimento da demanda da instituição e que o BDH-UEPG possa atuar também como instrumento de informação para a comunidade.

Abstract:
The Dentistry Course at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) presents a wide need for human teeth for preclinical laboratory training and research. In this scenario, the Human Teeth Bank of UEPG (BDH-UEPG) regulates the processing of extracted human teeth, meeting the needs of the institution. The 12 municipalities of the 3rd Regional Health Region of Paraná (3RSPR) have public dental care, constituting possible points for collecting teeth. Thus, the present work aims to present a flowchart representative of the proposed network for capturing teeth in the dental service of 3RSPR, establishing a collection logistics for these teeth that respects the technical, legal and ethical requirements. With the implementation of the proposal, it is expected that the capture of the teeth of the public service will assist in supplying the institution's demand and that the BDH-UEPG can also act as an information tool for the community.
