CAPACITAÇÃO EM SAÚDE COMO INSTRUMENTO DE ENFERMAGEM PARA A IDENTIFICAÇÃO DO IDOSO VULNERÁVEL: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.
É necessário capacitar profissionais da saúde voltados para as especificidades do idoso, já que é notório que há uma lacuna deixada pelo processo de formação para lidar com o envelhecimento. O objetivo deste estudo foi realizar uma capacitação com Agente Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) sobre a utilização de um instrumento de identificação do idoso vulnerável, o Vulnerable Elders Survey-13 (VES-13). Estudo descritivo, do tipo de relato de experiência, realizado por Acadêmicos de Enfermagem com cinco Agentes Comunitários de Saúde (ACS) em uma Estratégia de Saúde da Família (ESF) no município de Belém/PA. Utilizou-se o Arco de Charles Maguerez que se deu em cinco etapas: identificação de problemas; pontos-chave; teorização; hipótese e aplicação/ intervenção na realidade. Realizou-se uma roda de conversa com os ACS e posteriormente ocorreu a teorização do tema, guiado pelo uso de materiais ilustrativos como banner, contendo uma ficha espelho do VES-13, uma cartilha ilustrativa com algumas questões, como: “o que é o VES-13?”, “quem pode utilizar?”, “como aplicar?”, casos clínicos e por fim, utilizou-se uma ficha de avaliação, contendo três tópicos: “Que bom”, “que tal” e “que pena”, para que os ACS pudessem avaliar a atividade realizada. Além disso, a utilização de dois momentos roda de conversa e caso clínico foi importante para demonstrar a necessidade de identificar precocemente o idoso vulnerável. Ressalta-se que os profissionais desconheciam sobre o instrumento VES-13, mas que relataram perceber a importância de seu uso no cotidiano dos serviços. Percebeu-se que a capacitação com auxilio da educação em saúde, facilita a compreensão dos participantes a respeito do tema, favorecer a interação e a horizontalidade do conhecimento. A ação permitiu observar nos participantes uma melhor compreensão acerca da vulnerabilidade nos idosos e de como identificar e classificar cada caso com o auxilio do VES-13.

Abstract:
It is necessary to train health professionals focused on the specificities of the elderly, since it is clear that there is a gap left by the training process to deal with aging. The aim of this study was to conduct training with Community Health Agents (CHA) on the use of an instrument for identifying vulnerable elderly people, the Vulnerable Elders Survey-13 (VES-13). Descriptive study, of the type of experience report, carried out by Nursing Students with five Community Health Agents (CHA) in a Family Health Strategy (FHS) in the city of Belém / PA. The Charles Maguerez Arch was used in five stages: problem identification; key points; theorization; hypothesis and application / intervention in reality. A conversation was held with the CHA and later the theme was theorized, guided by the use of illustrative materials such as a banner, containing a mirror file of the VES-13, an illustrative booklet with some questions, such as: “what is the VES-13? ”,“ Who can use it? ”,“ How to apply it? ”, Clinical cases and finally, an evaluation form was used, containing three topics:“ How good ”,“ how about ”and“ what a pity ”, So that the CHA could evaluate the activity performed. In addition, the use of two moments of conversation and clinical bcase was important to demonstrate the need to identify the vulnerable elderly early. It is noteworthy that the professionals were unaware of the VES-13 instrument, but that they reported realizing the importance of its use in the daily routine of services. It was noticed that the training with the help of health education, facilitates the understanding of the participants on the subject, favoring the interaction and the horizontality of knowledge. The action made it possible to observe in the participants a better understanding about vulnerability in the elderly and how to identify and classify each case with the help of VES-13.
