• Abstract: Accidents often happen unexpectedly anywhere and at any time. Therefore, the more people who acquire knowledge about the practice of first aid, the greater the number of people, especially in schools, who will know how to provide first care to victims of accidents or sudden illnesses, before the arrival of the mobile emergency or professional service. skilled. This is an experience report of a teaching project on “first aid training for students of integrated technical courses” developed by students of the Nursing Technician course for students of Integrated Courses at the Federal Institute Farroupilha, campus Santo Ângelo/RS in 2022. Demonstrative objects, slides, videos and groups with practices were used as methodological tools to provide the construction of knowledge relevant to the subject. At the end of the training, it was possible to perceive the students' satisfaction in learning about practices they may be adopting, thus contributing to the protection of life, in addition to providing students of the Technical Nursing Course with the possibility of an internship field capable of promoting education. in health, expand your knowledge on the subject, in addition to bringing knowledge to your daily experiences.
