CAPACITAÇÃO DE DISCENTES DE FISIOTERAPIA PARA APLICAÇÃO DA CLASSIFICAÇÃO INTERNACIONAL DE FUNCIONALIDADE, INCAPACIDADE E SAÚDE (CIF): DESAFIOS DA PRÁTICA CLÍNICA
Uma linguagem sistematizada capaz
de descrever estados de saúde relacionados à
funcionalidade pode complementar e enriquecer
a descrição das condições de saúde registradas
atualmente. A Organização Mundial da Saúde
recomenda a Classificação Internacional de
Funcionalidade, Incapacidade e Saúde (CIF)
para operacionalizar tal linguagem, portanto,
a CIF deve ser objeto de estudo na formação
profissional. O presente estudo objetivou
identificar a potencial contribuição de um
diagrama baseado na CIF durante a formação
em Fisioterapia. O contexto do estudo foi uma
clínica escola de uma universidade privada em
Curitiba/PR, na qual os discentes registram
informações das avaliações fisioterapêuticas
em protocolos semiestruturados e ligam os
achados às categorias da CIF expressandoos por meio de um diagrama. Os diagramas
construídos entre março e maio ano de
2016, foram analisados quanto à estrutura,
organização, clareza, categorias da CIF ligadas
e seleção dos qualificadores. Para o estudo,
foi selecionado para análise um diagrama
típico, com predomínio de categorias referentes
às Funções do Corpo, e baixa exploração
do conteúdo relatado no item anamnese.
Acredita-se que as informações provindas
desse item podem revelar potencial ligação
a todos os componentes da CIF com maior
enfoque em Atividades e Participação e Fatores
Ambientais, que norteariam o tratamento e
orientações, ampliando o foco das intervenções
fisioterapêuticas, indo além do domínio físicoestrutural. A análise permitiu identificar as
potencialidades do uso do diagrama para
operacionalizar a CIF, bem como resultou em
Saberes e Competências em Fisioterapia Capítulo 12 114
considerações para o aperfeiçoamento do aprendizado na formação do discente
ressaltando a importância de utilizar a classificação de maneira complementar a
avaliação para gerar informações com uma linguagem sistematizada e padronizada.

Abstract:
A systematized language capable of describing health conditions related
to the functionality may complement the description of currently registered health
conditions. The World Health Organization recommends using the International
Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) to operationalize such
language. Therefore, the ICF should be studied in professional qualification. The
present study aimed to identify the potential contribution of a diagram based on the ICF
in the qualification of Physiotherapy students. The context of the study was a school
clinic of a private university in the city of Curitiba / PR, in which the students record the
information of the physiotherapeutic evaluations in semistructured records and link the
findings to the categories of the ICF expressing them through a diagram. The diagrams
constructed between march and may were analyzed for structure, organization, clarity,
linked ICF categories and selection of qualifiers. For this chapter a typical diagram
was selected, in which a predominance of categories was related to the Functions
of the Body and low exploitation of the content reported in the anamnesis item. It is
believed that the information derived from this item is related to all the components of
the ICF with a greater focus on Activities and Participation and Environmental Factors,
which would guide the treatment and orientations and would broaden the focus of
the students’ interventions going beyond the physical- structural domain.The analysis
allowed to identify the potentialities of the use of the diagram to operationalize the
ICF, as well as resulted in considerations for the improvement of the learning in the
formation of the student emphasizing the importance of using the classification in a
complementary way the evaluation to generate information with a systematized and
standardized language.
