CAPACITAÇÃO DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM PARA O ATENDIMENTO CIRÚRGICO EM PACIENTES COM CASOS CONFIRMADO OU SUSPEITO DE COVID-19: UMA ESTRATÉGIA PARA A QUALIDADE DO CUIDADO
Frente ao cenário crítico da pandemia do COVID-19, a prática cirúrgica tem sofrido constantes alterações para atender as cirurgias de urgência e emergência. Trazer o campo do real, da prática do cotidiano dos profissionais, mostra-se fundamental para a resolução dos problemas encontrados na assistência à saúde e para a qualificação do cuidado prestado aos sujeitos. Nesse sentido, o objetivo do trabalho foi descrever capacitação realizada para equipe de enfermagem para prevenção e controle de infecção pelo COVID 19 em procedimentos cirúrgicos. Trata-se de um projeto de intervenção realizado no centro cirúrgico de um hospital universitário no período de maio a junho de 2020. O público-alvo foram os profissionais de enfermagem, independentemente do tempo de serviço no setor. Para realização da capacitação, foi solicitada autorização do Responsável Técnico do setor. Participaram da capacitação 15 profissionais, entre técnicos e enfermeiros. A capacitação foi dividida em três etapas: pré-operatório imediato; intraoperatório e pós-operatório imediato. No primeiro encontro, a abordagem dos conteúdos deu-se de forma teórica, abordando as três etapas preestabelecidas, no segundo encontro a abordagem foi prática com uso da técnica de simulação realística. Os demais encontros aconteceram através da estratégia de Huddle de Segurança que consiste em reuniões diárias de curta duração, onde a equipe discute os processos relacionados à qualidade e segurança do paciente. Identificaram-se através dos Huddle as principais demandas da equipe frente ao processo cirúrgico no momento de pandemia e os principais eventos durante a assistência de enfermagem, destacando-se os erros na paramentação e desparamentação e os procedimentos invasivos com grande potencial de produção de aerossóis no transoperatório. Ressalta-se a importância da comunicação e do processo educativo no ambiente de trabalho, principalmente diante de situações críticas, além da importância dos instrumentos de notificação dos eventos adversos nas instituições.

Abstract:
In view of the critical scenario of the pandemic of COVID-19, surgical practice has undergone constant changes to meet urgent and emergency surgeries. Bringing the field of the real, of the professionals' daily practice, is essential to solve the problems found in health care and to qualify the care provided to the subjects. In this sense, the objective: to describe training carried out for the nursing team to prevent and control infection by COVID 19 in surgical procedures. This is an intervention project carried out in the operating room of a university hospital from May to June 2020. The target audience was nursing professionals, regardless of the length of service in the sector. To carry out the training, authorization was requested from the sector's Technical Responsible. 15 professionals participated in the training, including technicians and nurses. The training was divided into three stages: immediate preoperative; intraoperative and immediate postoperative. In the first meeting, the approach to the contents took place in a theoretical way, addressing the three pre-established steps, in the second meeting the approach was practical with the use of the realistic simulation technique. The other meetings took place through the Huddle Safety strategy, which consists of short daily meetings, where the team discusses the processes related to patient quality and safety. The main demands of the team in the face of the surgical process at the time of the pandemic and the main events during nursing care were identified through the Huddle, highlighting the errors in dressing and de-dressing and the invasive procedures with great potential for the production of aerosols in the transoperative. The importance of communication and the educational process in the work environment is emphasized, especially in the face of critical situations, in addition to the importance of instruments for reporting adverse events in the institutions.
