CAPACIDADE REPRODUTIVA DO LÍQUIDO PRÉ-EJACULATÓRIO HUMANO: UMA REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA
Introdução: O conhecimento da existência ou não de espermatozoides e as características dos mesmos no líquido pré-seminal é valioso do ponto de vista reprodutivo. Objetivo: investigar se o líquido pré-ejaculatório tem capacidade de fertilização e provocar a gravidez. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa nas bases PUBMED, SCIELO, LILACS, Portal de Periódicos da CAPES/MEC e MEDLINE, utilizando os descritores “Fertilidade”, “Fluido”, “Pré-seminal” e “Pré-ejaculatório”. Aplicaram-se os critérios de inclusão (publicações em português, inglês e espanhol sem restrição de período de tempo; de livre acesso; que mencionassem no resumo sobre quantidade de espermatozoides ou capacidade/possibilidade de fertilização do líquido pré-ejaculatório ou sobre a presença de espermatozoides no fluido pré seminal ou líquido pré ejaculatório), encontrando-se nove artigos, que após leitura na íntegra, foram incluídos na revisão. As informações dos artigos captados foram comparadas com um parâmetro de não haver gravidez com concentração inicial de espermatozoides for < 2 x 106 / mL, ou quando a contagem de espermatozoides móveis total pós-processamento for < 0.3 x 10. Resultados: Os artigos divergem em suas conclusões. Dos 09 artigos, 05 afirmaram existir espermatozoides encontrados no fluido pré-ejaculatório e que seria significativo em algumas amostras coletadas, enquanto 4 artigos afirmaram não terem as amostras quantia de espermatozoides móveis capazes de fertilizar. Conclusões: Não foi possível afirmar com clareza e precisão se o líquido pré-ejaculatório tem potencial de fertilização. Os estudos existentes apresentam metodologias com fragilidades. Assim, a pergunta desta pesquisa tem uma resposta, por hora, inconclusiva.

Abstract:
Introduction: The knowledge of the existence of spermatozoa and their characteristics in the pre-seminal fluid is valuable from a reproductive point of view. Objective: Investigate whether the pre-ejaculatory fluid has the ability to fertilize and provoke pregnancy. Methodology: This is an integrative review study based on PUBMED, SCIELO, LILACS, CAPES / MEC and MEDLINE Journal Portal, using the descriptors “Fertility”, “Fluid”, “Pre-seminal” and “Pre-ejaculatory”. Inclusion criteria were applied (publications in Portuguese, English and Spanish without time restriction; free access; mentioning in the summary about the amount of sperm or the capacity / possibility of fertilization of the pre-ejaculatory fluid or the presence of sperm in the pre-seminal fluid or pre-ejaculatory fluid), leading to find nine articles, which after being read in full, were included in the review. The information from the captured articles was compared with a parameter of no pregnancy with initial sperm concentration is <2 x 106 / mL, or when the total post-processing mobile sperm count is <0.3 x 10. Results: The articles differ in their conclusions. Of the 09 articles, 05 stated that there were sperm found in the pre-ejaculatory fluid and that it would be significant in some samples collected, while 4 articles stated that the samples did not have the amount of mobile spermatozoa able to fertilize. Conclusions: It was not possible to state with clarity and precision if the pre-ejaculatory fluid has fertilization potential. The existing studies present methodologies with weaknesses. Thus, the question of this research has an hourly, inconclusive answer.
