Abstract: This study aims to analyze how women face the diagnosis of Cervical Cancer. The adopted approach is qualitative, utilizing the method of integrative literature review based on Mendes' principles (2008). Data collection was carried out through a systematic search of scientific articles published in the last 10 years and available in the databases of the Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) and the Virtual Health Library (BVS). In the data analysis, the collected material underwent systematic reading, where data were selected, grouped, and categorized. The analysis results highlight the persistent concern regarding diagnosis at advanced stages, despite advancements in screening programs. The quality and availability of healthcare services demonstrate a direct impact on patients' survival. Concerning Cervical Cancer treatment, various approaches are employed, including surgery, radiotherapy, and chemotherapy, with the decision depending on the disease stage and individual patient characteristics.
