CÂNCER DE COLO DE ÚTERO NA GRAVIDEZ
O câncer de colo de útero (CCU) caracteriza-se pela presença de um tumor maligno da parte inferior do útero. É um grande problema de saúde pública, pois possui um elevado potencial preventivo. O CCU está associado à infecção por Papilomavírus humano exclusivamente HPV 16 e HPV 18 e também relacionado a outros fatores de risco como fumo, exposição à Chlamydia trachomatis, utilização de contraceptivos orais por prolongado tempo e a multiparidade. Foram envolvidas no artigo as disciplinas de Saúde da Mulher, Semiologia e Semiotécnica 1 e 2, Genética, Interpretação de Exames, Anatomia, Enfermagem Clínica, Saúde da Criança e do Adolescente e Saúde Mental. A revisão bibliográfica tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo acerca do CCU na gravidez, analisar sobre o prognóstico, prevenção e diagnóstico de câncer cervical na gravidez e sua importância quando diagnosticado precocemente. Abstract:
Cervical cancer (CCU) is characterized by the presence of a malignant tumor in the lower part of the uterus, a major public health problem since it has a high preventive potential. CCU is associated with human papillomavirus infection exclusively HPV 16 and HPV 18 and is also related to other risk factors. The subjects of Women's Health, Semiology and Semiotechnics 1 and 2, Genetics, Exam Interpretation, Anatomy, Clinical Nursing, Child and Adolescent Health and Mental Health were involved in the article. The bibliographical review aims to present a review about CC in pregnancy, analyze the prognosis, prevention and diagnosis of cervical cancer in pregnancy and its importance when diagnosed early. The importance of Pap smears for the prevention of cervical cancer was observed, the role of nurses in screening and detecting the disease, in guiding the target audience about the importance of means of prevention, as the greater the number of screening, vaccination and safe sex cervical cancer mortality numbers are lower.
