Este capítulo tem como objetivo discorrer sobre o papel do Núcleo de pesquisa no processo formativo, trazendo elementos que permeiam o seu cotidiano, sendo eles: produção de conhecimento, trabalho coletivo, interfaces entre docentes e discentes, possibilidades de aprendizados para além da sala de aula e o fortalecimento de habilidades como: liderança, autonomia, trabalho em equipe. Abstract:
This chapter aims to discuss the role of the Research Center in the training process, bringing elements that permeate its daily life, namely: production of knowledge, collective work, interfaces between teachers and students, learning possibilities beyond the classroom and the strengthening of skills such as: leadership, autonomy, teamwork. It is also proposed to briefly report the progress of the Center for Study and Research in Collective Health (NEPESC), bringing reports from professors and students, as well as a representative construction of belonging to this Center. It is expected to sensitize teachers and students about the relevance and power of the Centers in educational institutions, as a space for scientific production, knowledge, bonds, affections in the perspective of collaborative, interdisciplinary, international and interinstitutional work.
