CADEIA PRODUTIVA DA PECUÁRIA E SUA IMPORTÂNCIA PARA A MESORREGIÃO NOROESTE DO ESTADO DO RIO GRANDE DO SUL
É de conhecimento geral que a
pecuária de corte possui uma grande importância
para o Brasil e para o estado do Rio Grande do
Sul. O objetivo desta pesquisa é identificar em
qual etapa da cadeia produtiva a região noroeste
é especializada. Este estudo tornou possível a
partir da utilização dos quocientes locacionais
com a obtenção dos dados da Classificação
Nacional de Atividades Econômicas (CNAE).
Compreender determinada Cadeira Produtiva
possibilita, a partir da identificação dos atores
existentes, ganhar em competitividade pois
gargalos são identificados favorecendo assim
para os ganhos de produção.

Abstract:
It is well known that beef cattle
is of great importance for Brazil and for the
state of Rio Grande do Sul. The objective of
this research is to identify in which stage of
the productive chain the northwest region is
specialized. This study made it possible from
the use of locational quotients to obtain data
from the National Classification of Economic
Activities (CNAE). Understanding a certain
Productive Chair enables, from the identification
of existing actors, to gain competitiveness
because bottlenecks are identified thus favoring
the production gains.
