CADASTRO AMBIENTAL RURAL – CONTRIBUIÇÕES PARA A REGULARIZAÇÃO AMBIENTAL DE PROPRIEDADES RURAIS
O Cadastro Ambiental Rural é um
documento eletrônico de abrangência nacional.
É um importante instrumento de combate
ao desmatamento e de gestão ambiental. O
objetivo do trabalho foi realizar um levantamento
bibliográfico sobre o Cadastro Ambiental Rural e
sua contribuição para a regularização ambiental
de imóveis rurais; buscou reunir informações
adquiridas em livros, periódicos, sites e
outras fontes disponíveis sobre o assunto. O
avanço de atividades que contribuem para
o desequilíbrio ambiental, sobretudo, as
que envolvem a agropecuária, industrias e
urbanas, despertaram a atenção para a criação
de políticas públicas que visam minimizar
esses impactos. Essas ações partem de dois
princípios, a regulamentação e o incentivo
econômico. As políticas de regulamentação
ambiental visam identificar os principais
problemas da área, e dispor de soluções,
temporárias ou definitivas, constituídas por um
padrão de regras, procedimentos específicos e
penalidades, as quais devem ser obedecidas e
aplicadas, tanto aos agentes econômicos, como
aos agentes sociais. Assim, pode-se constatar
que o Cadastro Ambiental Rural é fundamental
no âmbito rural, visto que é uma importante
ferramenta auxiliar na regulamentação dos
imóveis rurais. Este mecanismo também é de
fundamental importância para a criação de
bancos de dados capazes de dispor informações
sobre os imóveis rurais do país, propiciando
elementos importantes para a fomentação de
um ecossistema equilibrado que irá assegurar
ao agricultor a produtividade de sua área de
forma legal, garantindo o correto planejamento
ambiental do imóvel rural.

Abstract:
The Rural Environmental Registry is an electronic document of national
scope. It is an important instrument to combat deforestation and environmental
management. The objective of this work was to carry out a bibliographic survey about the
Rural Environmental Cadastre and its contribution to the environmental regularization
of rural properties; sought to gather information acquired in books, periodicals, websites
and other sources available on the subject. The advance of activities that contribute
to the environmental imbalance, especially those involving agriculture, both industrial
and urban, have drawn attention to the creation of public policies aimed at minimizing
these impacts. These actions are based on two principles, regulation and economic
incentive. Environmental regulation policies aim to identify the main problems of the
area, and to have temporary or definitive solutions, constituted by a pattern of rules,
specific procedures and penalties, which must be obeyed and applied, both to economic
agents and agents social policies. Thus, it can be verified that the Rural Environmental
Registry is fundamental in the rural scope, since it is an important auxiliary tool in the
regulation of rural properties. This mechanism is also of fundamental importance for the
creation of databases capable of providing information about the rural properties of the
country, providing important elements for the development of a balanced ecosystem
that will assure to the farmer the productivity of its area in a legal way, guaranteeing the
correct environmental planning of rural property.
