CABARÉ DA RRRRRRAÇA: O RECURSO DO RISÍVEL COMO METÁFORA DO ENTRE LUGAR
O presente estudo de caráter
multidisciplinar tem como espinha dorsal
aportes teóricos oriundos de diferentes
campos epistemológicos como, Artes Cênicas,
Estudos Culturais, Pós-coloniais, sociologia,
Antropologia e Filosofia com investigações
específicas nas questões da identidade negra.
Propõe problematizar o caráter ambivalente
do riso (comédia) na abordagem do racismo/
antirracismo dada pelo Bando de Teatro
Olodum, na experiência cênica Cabaré da
Rrrrraça (1997-2018), no intuito de averiguar
se tal abordagem – considerando seu contexto
sociocultural, político e histórico – propicia um
espaço para reflexão crítica que ressignifique
valores ou não transcende o sensorial:
identificação, incômodo.

Abstract:
The present study of
multidisciplinary character has as its backbone
the theoretical contributions coming from
different epistemological fields such as Scenic
Arts, Cultural Studies, Postcolonial Studies,
Sociology, Anthropology and Philosophy
with specific investigations concerning the
questions around black identity. It proposes the
problematization of the ambivalent character of
laughter (comedy) in the approach of racism /
anti-racism given by the Bando de Teatro Olodum
in the scenic experience Cabaré da Rrrrraça
(1997-2018), in order to investigate whether
such approach – considering its sociocultural,
political and historical context – provides a space
for critical reflection that resignifies values or
does not transcend the sensorial: identification,
annoyance.
