BUSCA ATIVA E VISITA DOMICILIÁRIA COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE CUIDADO EM SAÚDE MENTAL: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA NA PANDEMIA
Trata-se de um relato de experiência de um CAPS AD localizado no interior do Estado de São Paulo, Brasil (2020-2021). Nos períodos de maior flexibilização das medidas restritivas, a busca ativa foi uma alternativa aos pacientes faltosos mediante, contato telefônico, consultas por vídeo chamadas via aplicativo WhatsApp Business e visitas domiciliárias. Foram 6.821 atendimentos a 511 pacientes e seus familiares. Foram 263 visitas domiciliarias, que possibilitou o retorno de 76 pacientes ao tratamento. Estas estratégias de cuidado, salientando o trabalho relacional, mostraram-se potentes na preservação dos vínculos e na terapêutica de recuperação. A eficácia da interação entre as ferramentas busca ativa e visita domiciliária, aliadas a uma postura de interesse, preocupação, humanidade e amor pelo paciente, favoreceram o retorno de muitos pacientes ao tratamento, apesar do contexto da pandemia.

Abstract:
This is an experience report of a CAPS AD located in the interior of the State of São Paulo, Brazil (2020-2021). In periods of greater flexibility of restrictive measures, the active search was an alternative to absent patients through telephone contact, consultations by video calls via the WhatsApp Business application, and home visits. There were 6,821 consultations with 511 patients and their families. There were 263 home visits, which allowed 76 patients to return to treatment. These care strategies, emphasizing the relational work, have shown to be powerful in preserving the bonds and in the therapeutic recovery. The effectiveness of the interaction between the active search and home visit tools, allied to an attitude of interest, concern, humanity, and love for the patient, favored the return of many patients to treatment, despite the pandemic context.
