BULLYING: quem devemos responsabilizar?
A prática do “bullying” ganhou grande proporção mundial, por ser muito disseminada e por gerar grandes problemas à saúde mental e física das vítimas. O seguinte trabalho tem o objetivo de reconhecer quem são os responsáveis e discutir as relações destas práticas com as instituições sociais (como escola, família e trabalho), através de pesquisas bibliográficas, descritivas, com utilização de fontes bibliográficas dos últimos 20 anos com base teórica em renomados pensadores. Por sua grande repercussão e pela série de problemas acarretados por essa prática, esta acaba se estendendo ao âmbito jurídico com intuito de serem coibidas. Todavia, de forma indubitável faz-se necessária uma análise incisiva e histórica a respeito da temática supracitada para compreensão da relação entre questões de gênero e raça na propagação deste tipo de violência, afim de identificar e discutir as causas, motivos e os porquês de tais práticas que violam a dignidade dos direitos humanos.

Abstract:
The practice of "bullying" has gained a large proportion worldwide, as it is very widespread and generates major problems for the victims' mental and physical health. The following work aims to recognize who is responsible and discuss the relationship between these practices and social institutions (such as school, family and work), through bibliographic and descriptive research, using theoretical sources from the last 15 years with a theoretical basis in renowned thinkers. Due to its great repercussion and the series of problems caused by this practice, it ends up extending to the legal scope in order to be restrained. However, there is no doubt that an incisive and historical analysis of the aforementioned theme is necessary to understand the relationship between gender and race issues in the propagation of this type of violence, in order to identify and discuss the causes, reasons and the reasons for such practices that violate the dignity of human rights.
