BULLYING HOMOFÓBICO NO ÂMBITO ESCOLAR E A LEI 13.185/15
O bullying homofóbico, por mais que seja fruto do mesmo sistema heteronormativo, não se confunde com a homofobia, sendo, entretanto, uma especificidade do bullying que afeta a integridade de crianças e adolescentes, por conta da reprodução dessa mesma opressão. Desse modo, o presente artigo coloca luz sobre a violência que é o bullying homofóbico no ambiente escolar, e aborda sobre a inovação legislativa nessa questão, que é a Lei n°. 13.185/2015. Para tanto, faz uso do método dedutivo, com o auxílio da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, formando uma pesquisa exploratória, com uma abordagem qualitativa. Percebeu-se as fragilidades dos sujeitos envolvidos, que são considerados seres influenciáveis e influenciados pela sociedade que os rodeiam, caracterizando-se como violência, e fazendo vítimas independentemente do papel que desenvolvem dentro desses ambientes.

Abstract:
Homophobic bullying, even though it is the result of the same heteronormative system, is not to be confused with homophobia, being, however, a specificity of bullying that affects the integrity of children and adolescents, due to the reproduction of that same oppression. Thus, this article sheds light on the violence that is homophobic bullying in the school environment, and addresses the legislative innovation in this issue, which is Law no. 13,185 / 2015. For that, it makes use of the deductive method, with the aid of bibliographic and documentary research, forming an exploratory research, with a qualitative approach. The weaknesses of the subjects involved were perceived, who are considered to be influential beings and influenced by the society around them, characterized as violence, and making victims regardless of the role they develop within these environments.
