BULLYING E VIOLAÇÃO DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS EM ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS E PARTICULARES DE MATO GROSSO: OS (DES)CAMINHOS DA EDUCAÇÃO
O presente estudo tem como objetivo
contextualizar os dados gerais da pesquisa
Bullying e Violação dos Direitos Humanos,
aprovada pelo Comitê de Ética e realizada
pelo Grupo de Pesquisa em Humanidades
e Sociedade Contemporânea (GPHSC) do
IFMT, o qual é composto por pesquisadores
de diversas áreas e formações. O bullying
é um problema mundial e tem sido objeto de
pesquisa de muitos estudiosos. Zoar alguém,
apelidar, agredir física e psicologicamente,
excluir, caluniar, são tipos de violências
que caracterizam o bullying. A violação dos
Direitos Humanos é outra temática que causa
inquietações aos educadores. Estratégias de
enfrentamento institucional quando tais atos
ocorrem no ambiente educacional têm sido os
desafios do processo de ensino-aprendizagem.
Diante deste contexto, este trabalho tem como
objetivo principal compreender a propagação
do bullying e da violência entre os jovens
do ensino médio. Tem propósito, ainda, de
apresentar resultados do diagnóstico realizado
sobre o tema nas instituições pesquisadas. O
aporte teórico é composto por Beaudoin (2006),
Canário (2006), Velho (1997), entre outros. A
metodologia da pesquisa é qualitativa. Utilizou-
se de questionário online com 616 alunos,
sendo 24 questões fechadas e 02 abertas.
Desde total 121 afirmaram ter sofrido violação
de seus direitos no ambiente escolar. O número
maior de vítimas é do sexo masculino (53,57%).
O protagonismo dos jovens favorece a
construção de ambientes democráticos onde as
diferenças devem ser respeitadas, prevenindo
a violência física/simbólica. Somente através da
participação de todos será possível a resolução
de conflitos de modo descentralizado e,
consequentemente, a criação de um ambiente
saudável nas instituições de ensino.

scholars. Pretending, nicknamed, physically and psychologically assaulting, excluding,
slandering, are types of violence that characterize bullying. The violation of human
rights is another issue that causes concerns to educators. Institutional coping strategies
when such acts occur in the educational environment have been the challenges of
the teaching-learning process. Given this context, this paper aims to understand the
spread of bullying and violence among high school youth. It also aims to present results
of the diagnosis made on the theme in the researched institutions. The theoretical
contribution is composed by Beaudoin (2006), Canário (2006), Velho (1997), among
others. The research methodology is qualitative. We used an online questionnaire with
616 students, 24 closed and 02 open questions. From a total of 121, they claimed to
have suffered violation of their rights in the school environment. The largest number
of victims is male (53.57%). The protagonism of young people favors the construction
of democratic environments where differences must be respected, preventing physical
/ symbolic violence. Only through the participation of all will it be possible to resolve
conflicts in a decentralized manner and, consequently, to create a healthy environment
in educational institutions.
