BRICS NA AMÉRICA LATINA: A EMERGÊNCIA DE UMA NOVA GOVERNANÇA GLOBAL
este trabalho tem por objetivo
analisar o papel do BRICS no que concerne
à sua proposta de reforma na governança
global conferindo destaque à projeção do
agrupamento na América Latina. Argumenta-se
que em cenário de transformações do sistema
internacional, o BRICS tem investido na soma
de esforços com o propósito de defender as
demandas dos países em desenvolvimento
nas esferas de governança global, dada a
incapacidade das potências tradicionais em
gerir uma estabilidade econômica e financeira
no ambiente internacional. Procura-se
investigar, nesse contexto, de qual forma vem
sendo estabelecidas as relações entre o BRICS
e os países da América Latina.

Abstract:
This paper aims to analyze the
role of BRICS in its proposal for reform in global
governance, highlighting the projection of the
group in Latin America. It is argued that in a
scenario of transformations of the international
system, the BRICS has invested in the sum of
efforts to defend the demands of developing
countries in the global governance spheres,
given the inability of traditional powers to
manage economic and financial stability in the
international environment. This work also seeks
to investigate, in this context, in what way the
relations between the BRICS and the countries
of Latin America have been established.
