BREVE OBSERVAÇÕES SOBRE ÀS TRANSFORMAÇÕES NA SAÚDE DO BRASIL
O presente artigo apresenta uma revisão bibliográfica, compreendendo as transformações políticas, biológicas e sociais dentro do contexto brasileiro que possibilitaram a construção do SUS. A partir desta revisão foi utilizado o raciocínio dialético hipotético-dedutivo, onde foram levantados alguns questionamentos a respeito de como está a conjectura atual do sistema de saúde brasileiro, além de salientar quais as bases sustentaram o paradigma da saúde. Foi feito o levantamento das informações com o intuito de abordar sobre os fatores determinantes da implementação e estruturação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) e compreender como está sendo sustentabilidade no período atual. Constatou-se a partir dos dados colhidos que todas as mudanças estiveram diretamente atreladas as mobilizações políticas da população, especialmente a camada menos abastada, que pôde lutar junto aos pesquisadores e estudiosos da época na busca da reivindicação dos seus direitos. A conjectura atual aponta para possíveis retrocessos na saúde, visto que os ideais políticos que estão no governo em vigência estão ligados ao capitalismo liberal.

Abstract:
This article presents a bibliographical review, including the political, biological and social transformations within the Brazilian context that made possible the construction of SUS. Based on this review, the hypothetical-deductive dialectic reasoning was used, where some questions were raised about the current conjecture of the Brazilian health system, in addition to highlighting which bases supported the health paradigm. Information was collected in order to address the determinants of the implementation and structuring of the Unified Health System (SUS) and to understand how sustainability is being achieved in the current period. It was found from the data collected that all changes were directly tied to the political mobilizations of the population, especially the less wealthy layer, who was able to fight along with researchers and scholars of the time in the pursuit of the claim of their rights. The current conjecture points to possible setbacks in health, since the political ideals that are in the current government are linked to liberal capitalism.
