• Abstract: Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is a complex psychiatric condition that has been the subject of extensive research and debate. In this literature review, we discuss recent advancements and established understandings related to its prevalence, underlying causes, clinical manifestations, therapeutic approaches, and prognosis. By outlining these critical aspects, we aim to provide a holistic perspective on the disorder and highlight the significance of an integrated approach in caring for and treating affected individuals.
