Abstract: This chapter presents a comprehensive analysis of the scientific production related to the biosynthesis of nanoparticles mediated by fungi of the genus Trichoderma spp., with emphasis on its insertion in the context of green nanotechnology applied to sustainable agriculture. Through a bibliometric approach, the temporal trends of publication, the main countries, institutions and scientific collaboration networks, as well as the journals and areas of knowledge that concentrate the greatest impact and thematic growth are discussed. The analysis highlights the consolidation of the theme as an emerging interdisciplinary field, integrating applied microbiology, materials science, plant physiology and soil science, in addition to revealing gaps related to methodological standardization, validation under field conditions and long-term ecotoxicological evaluation. The results demonstrate that fungal nanoparticle biosynthesis is configured as a strategic frontier of innovation, with the potential to redefine agricultural practices based on bio-inspired, multifunctional and environmentally responsible solutions, while reinforcing the need for integrated advances to ensure safety, scalability and agronomic effectiveness.
