BIOÉTICA E TRANSVERSALIDADE NAS POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE IGUALDADE ENTRE OS GÊNEROS
Discutir gênero é falar sobre
equidade, é encontrar estratégias para amenizar
as forças opressoras da cultura patriarcal.
Este artigo corresponde a visualização da
desigualdade de gênero e suas lutas pelo
movimento social feminista, demonstrando
que por meio das políticas públicas de
igualdade entre os gêneros, a ferramenta da
transversalização, realiza uma forma efetiva
de garantia dos direitos fundamentais e a
responsabilização de todos os níveis do poder
da república para conseguir atingir a autonomia
e o empoderamento do gênero feminino. O
método utilizado no artigo é dedutivo por meio
de um referencial bibliográfico. Averiguouse
que se faz necessário uma articulação da
sociedade diante dessa problemática para que
se tenha uma participação ativa e fiscalize o
modo que as políticas públicas estão sendo
implantadas nos municípios para efetivação
da transversalidade nas políticas públicas de
gênero.

Abstract:
To discuss gender is to talk
about equity, it is to find strategies to settle
the patriarchal culture oppressive forces.
This article corresponds to the gender
inequality visualization and its struggles by
the feminist social movement, demonstrating
that through gender equality public policies,
the transversalization, implement that realizes
an effective way of guaranteeing fundamental
rights and accountability at all republic power
levels to achieve female gender autonomy and
empowerment. The method used in the article
is deductive through a bibliographic reference.
It came on that it is necessary to articulate the
society against this problem in order to have an
active participation and to supervise the way
that the public policies are being implemented in
the cities to effect the transversality in the public
gender policies.
