BIOÉTICA E CUIDADOS PALIATIVOS, REFLETINDO SOBRE OS LIMITES DA INTERVENÇÃO MÉDICA: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA
INTRODUÇÃO: O avanço das tecnologias em saúde possibilitou uma maior longevidade da população e com isso houve um aumento progressivo das doenças crônico-degenerativas. Nesse contexto, o cuidado paliativo surge como uma abordagem direcionada ao indivíduo portador de uma enfermidade de caráter crônico, progressivo e irreversível, cuja resposta ao tratamento curativo mostrou-se, eventualmente, ineficaz ou infrutífero. Desse modo se faz necessário uma investigação acerca da prática dos cuidados paliativos de acordo com os princípios éticos que envolvem tal abordagem tamanha sua importância na área da saúde, assumindo o cuidar específico para os pacientes fora de possibilidades terapêuticas de cura. OBJETIVO: Este artigo objetiva conhecer e compreender o impacto das estratégias terapêuticas implementadas no contexto do cuidado paliativo MÉTODOS:Trata-se de um estudo de revisão sistemática, de natureza qualitativa com abordagem retrospectiva, de caráter qualitativo e descritivo. A pesquisa literária será realizada na base de dados PubMed, Lilacs, Medline, Scopus, Scielo e Cochrane, serão incluídos todos os estudos que tratam da bioética nos cuidados paliativos. RESULTADOS: Usando os algoritmos de pesquisa 406 artigos foram identificados. Após a análise de títulos e abstratos 112 foram considerados potencialmente elegíveis e submetidos a uma análise do texto completo no qual 55 preencheram os critérios de elegibilidade. CONCLUSÕES: O profissional de saúde deve realizar cuidados paliativos preservando a dignidade humana para cada indivíduo de agir livremente e se autodeterminar, utilizando-se preceitos bioéticos.

Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: The advancement of health technologies has enabled a greater longevity of the population and with this there has been a progressive increase in chronic-degenerative diseases. In this context, palliative care emerges as an approach directed at the individual with a chronic, progressive and irreversible disease, whose response to curative treatment proved to be eventually ineffective or fruitless. Thus, an investigation about the practice of palliative care is necessary, according to the ethical principles that involve such an approach, its importance in the area of health, assuming specific care for patients out of therapeutic possibilities of cure. OBJECTIVE: This article aims to know and understand the impact of therapeutic strategies implemented in the context of palliative care. METHODS: This is a systematic review study, of a qualitative nature with a retrospective approach, of a qualitative and descriptive character. Literary research will be carried ou in the database PubMed, Lilacs, Medline, Scopus, Scielo and Cochrane, all studies dealing with bioethics in palliative care will be included. RESULTS: Using the search algorithms 406 articles were identified. After analyzing titles and abstracts, 112 were considered potentially eligible and submitted to an analysis of the full text in which 55 met the eligibility criteria.
