BINGO DO DENTE: UMA FORMA INOVADORA DE REFORÇO DA APRENDIZAGEM EM ANATOMIA DENTAL
O processo ensino-aprendizagem
da Disciplina de Anatomia muitas vezes é
considerado árduo por parte dos alunos devido
à grande quantidade de conteúdo e à dificuldade
de memorização da nomenclatura anatômica
correta. O uso de metodologias ativas e métodos
de ensino inovadores podem complementar
a forma de ensino tradicional, atuando como
estratégias de estímulo ao estudante, facilitando
o processo ensino-aprendizagem. O objetivo
deste capítulo é apresentar uma metodologia
inovadora e lúdica de ensino voltada para
Anatomia Dental. A Disciplina de Anatomia da
Faculdade de Odontologia de Araraquara, FOAr
– UNESP, em 2015, elaborou o jogo “Bingo do
Dente”. Foram criadas cartelas que contêm 24
números cada, correspondentes aos números
dos dentes permanentes e decíduos, pelo
sistema de notação dentária de dois dígitos
(Sistema Internacional). Nos quatro anos em
que o “Bingo do Dente” foi realizado, verificouse
bastante interesse, motivação e empenho
por parte dos estudantes para identificar o
dente sorteado, atuando, dessa forma, como
um modelo inovador e estimulante de reforço
da aprendizagem sobre notação dentária.
Após o término do jogo, aplicado num horário
de aula teórica, os estudantes manifestaram
descontentamento pela aula ter terminado e
solicitaram que fosse realizado mais vezes.
Essa experiência permitiu concluir que o uso
de métodos alternativos e lúdicos, como o jogo
“Bingo do Dente”, constitui forma inovadora
e estimulante de ensino e de reforço da
aprendizagem.

Abstract:
The teaching-learning process of the Discipline of Anatomy is often
considered painful on the part of the students due to the great amount of content and
the difficulty of memorizing the correct anatomical nomenclature. The use of active
methodologies and innovative teaching methods can complement the traditional
teaching method, acting as strategies to stimulate the student, facilitating the teachinglearning
process. The purpose of this chapter is to present an innovative and playful
teaching methodology for Dental Anatomy. The Discipline of Anatomy of the School
of Dentistry of Araraquara, FOAr - UNESP, in 2015, elaborated the game “Bingo do
Dente”. Cards containing 24 numbers corresponding to the numbers of the permanent
and deciduous teeth were created by the two-digit dental notation system (International
System). In the three years that the “Bingo do Dente” was applied, there was a lot of
interest, motivation and commitment on the part of the students to identify the raffled
tooth, thus functioning as an innovative and stimulating model for strengthening learning
related to dental notation. After the end of the game, applied in a theoretical class, the
students expressed displeasure that the class had finished and they requested that it
could be applied other times. This experience allowed us to conclude that the use of
alternative and playful methods, such as the game “Bingo do Dente”, is an innovative
and stimulating way of teaching and reinforcing learning.
