Abstract: Digital transformation has promoted significant changes across productive sectors through the integration of Big Data, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Computational Thinking, and Information Systems. This article analyzes how these technologies act as drivers of digital transformation in Industry 4.0, Agriculture 4.0/5.0, and the Construction Industry. The research is characterized as qualitative, exploratory, and bibliographic, based on a narrative review of scientific literature and institutional documents related to the digitalization of productive processes. The results indicate that, despite the specific characteristics of each sector, there is a common technological infrastructure based on data collection, processing, and strategic use to support decision-making. The study found that Big Data, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Information Systems operate in a complementary manner to optimize processes, increase productivity, improve traceability, enhance sustainability, and support operational efficiency. As a contribution, the study proposes an integrated conceptual model composed of five layers: IoT and Automation, Big Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, and Governance and Security. It is concluded that digital transformation is a systemic phenomenon that depends on the integration of technologies, processes, people, and governance mechanisms, contributing to the development of smarter, more resilient, and sustainable organizations.
