BIBLIOTECAS ESCOLARES NO MUNICÍPIO DE IRATI - PR: DESAFIOS E PERSPECTIVAS
O presente artigo é resultante de pesquisa que teve por objetivo mapear as bibliotecas escolares do município de Irati - PR em relação ao que prevê a Lei 12.244/2010 (que determina que até 2020 todas as instituições de ensino público e privado no país tenham implantadas bibliotecas escolares, respeitando a profissão do bibliotecário) e apresentar as práticas efetuadas nas bibliotecas escolares na formação de leitores. A pesquisa foi realizada em escolas municipais, urbanas e rurais, tendo como instrumento de coleta entrevista gravada e questionário aplicado aos funcionários que trabalham em bibliotecas escolares ou salas de leitura no município de Irati-PR.

Abstract:
This article is the result of research that aimed to map school libraries in the municipality of Irati - PR in relation to what Law 12.244 / 2010 provides (which determines that by 2020 all public and private education institutions in the country have libraries installed respecting the librarian's profession) and present the practices carried out in school libraries in the training of readers. The research was carried out in municipal, urban and rural schools, using a recorded interview and questionnaire applied to employees who work in school libraries or reading rooms in the municipality of Irati-PR.
