Abstract: Rainfall simulators are equipments with the intention of producing artificial rain similar to natural rain, being possible to control the intensity, speed and frequency of the drops when it collides with the soil surface, with the presence of a vegetation cover or not. It is essential in soil, agricultural and environmental studies that need to produce rain, allowing rapid data collection in relatively uniform conditions, with lower cost and without discontinuity of work. The objective of this article is to know, through an integrative bibliometric review, the researches that used rainfall simulator within the period from 2010 to 2020. The results show advances, gaps and trends in research on the topic. this article is to know, through an integrative bibliometric review, the researches that used rainfall simulator within the period from 2010 to 2020.
