Abstract: Dyshidrotic eczema is a complex dermatological condition that necessitates a multifaceted therapeutic approach. This review examines the efficacy of topical corticosteroids and narrow-band UVB phototherapy, as well as the use of systemic therapies in more severe cases. The importance of identifying and managing triggering factors, along with psychosocial support, is highlighted. The article underscores the need for future research aimed at safer and more effective treatments, addressing both the physical and psychological aspects of dyshidrotic eczema.
