BENEFÍCIO DA ACUPUNTURA COMO PRÁTICAS INTEGRATIVAS E COMPLEMENTARES NO CUIDADO DA ENFERMAGEM
Objetivo:Identificar fragilidades e potencialidades na atuação do enfermeiro frente a utilização da acupuntura. Métodos:Trata-se de uma pesquisa de revisão bibliográfica integrativa, que abrangeu publicações nacionais em enfermagem, de 2006 a 2019, encontradas nas bases de dados LILACS, BVS, BVS MTCI e SCIELO, sendo utilizados 30 artigos para compor a amostra do estudo. Resultados:Apóa a análise dos artigos, 7 (47%) deles traziam a acupuntura como realidade da prática do enfermeiro em contextos de patologias diferentes entre si; 4 (26%) consideram a acupuntura uma possibilidade viável para diagnósticos e intervenções de Enfermagem, assim como ferramenta de promoção de saúde, prevenção e tratamento de doenças; e por fim, 4 (26%) artigos elencam aspectos ético-legais e históricos da acupuntura como especialidade da Enfermagem, como aparato de ensino e como instrumento de empoderamento da classe. Conclusão: Conclui-se portanto, a atualização técnicocientífica, a empatia com as PIC’s, junto às implicações éticas-legais que circundam a profissão, o enfermeiro será conhecedor, estará apito caso queira exercer alguma prática e respaldado para adotar efetivamente essa nova perspectiva de atuação profissional. Considerando o ambiente hospitalar, a Atenção Primária à Saúde e/ou até mesmo em seu próprio consultório de enfermagem.

ABSTRACT
Objective: To identify weaknesses and potentialities in the performance of nurses regarding the use of acupuncture. Methods: This is an integrative literature review research, which covered national nursing publications from 2006 to 2019, found in the LILACS, VHL, VHL MTCI and SCIELO databases, and 30 articles were used to compose the study sample. Results: Supporting the analysis of the articles, 7 (47%) of them brought acupuncture as a reality of nursing practice in contexts of different pathologies; 4 (26%) consider acupuncture a viable possibility for nursing diagnoses and interventions, as well as a tool for health promotion, disease prevention and treatment; Finally, 4 (26%) articles list ethical-legal and historical aspects of acupuncture as a Nursing specialty, as a teaching apparatus and as an instrument of class empowerment. Conclusion: It is concluded, therefore, the technical-scientific update, the empathy with the ICPs, along with the ethical-legal implications surrounding the profession, the nurse will be knowledgeable, will be whistle if they want to practice and supported to effectively adopt this new perspective of action professional. Considering the hospital environment, Primary Health Care and / or even in your own nursing office.
