BENCHMARKING DE MODELOS DE BENCHMARKING
O benchmarking tem se mostrado como uma ferramenta eficaz e muito
utilizada para melhorar o desempenho empresarial. Este artigo descreve um amplo
referencial bibliográfico para identificar modelos clássicos de benchmarking e
modelos atualmente utilizados em centros de benchmarking internacionais. A
pesquisa objetivou estabelecer um comparativo entre estes modelos, oferecendo
subsídios para sua aplicação empresarial e desenvolvimento de novos modelos. Os
modelos foram comparados através de seus métodos, recursos, relatórios e
habilidades necessários para a aplicação em empresas de pequeno e médio porte
(PMEs). Os modelos apresentaram variados desempenhos nos 11 critérios
preestabelecidos que devem ser analisados na escolha do modelo mais
apropriado.

Abstract:
Benchmarking has proven to be an effective tool and very used to
improve business performance. This article describes extensive bibliographic
references to identify classic benchmarking models and models currently used in
international benchmarking centers. The research aimed to establish a comparison
between the international models, offering support for your business application
and development of new models. The models were compared through their
methods, resources and skills necessary for application in small and medium-sized
enterprises (SMEs) and their results and presented reports. The models presented
different performances in the 11 pre-established criteria that must be considered in
choosing the most appropriate model.
