BANCOS DE DESENVOLVIMENTO NO BRASIL: O CASO DO BANCO REGIONAL DE DESENVOLVIMENTO DO EXTREMO SUL.
O presente trabalho vem abordar a importância da regulação de bancos de desenvolvimento para a economia de um país, com principal enfoque no Banco Regional de desenvolvimento do Extremo-Sul. Mas também não deixando de citar o principal banco de desenvolvimento nacional o BNDES e suas implicações na economia do país. A priori buscamos compreender o conceito de desenvolvimento regional, com ênfase nos principais fatores de crescimento econômico, organização de políticas públicas voltadas a infraestrutura e os incentivos fiscais. No decorrer da pesquisa deu-se enfoque também na contextualização histórica de formação dos bancos de desenvolvimento, em escala mundial, nacional e estadual, com foco na criação do BRDE na região sul do País e seus impactos no desenvolvimento social e estrutural do estado.

Abstract:
The present work approaches the importance of the regulation of development banks for the economy of a country, with focus on the Regional Development Bank of the Far-South. Also mentioning the main national development bank, the BNDES, and its implications for the country's economy. In first, we seek to understand the concept of regional development, with an emphasis on the main factors of economic growth, organization of public policies aimed at infrastructure and tax incentives. During the research, given focus to the historical contextualization of the formation of development banks, on a global, national and state scale, with a focus on the creation of the BRDE in the southern region of the country and its impacts on the social and structural development of the state.
