BAIXA COBERTURA VACINAL: IMPACTO DO FAKE NEWS E DA FALHA DO GERENCIAMENTO DE ENFERMAGEM
A volta de doenças que haviam sido erradicadas caracteriza-se como um dos acontecimentos mais preocupantes de 2018. Perante isso, vários estudos foram trazidos acerca de compreender a motivação desta hipotética, e o nota-se que há uma correlação direta entre a queda das taxas de vacinação e o aumento das fake news. A vacinação é uma das medidas mais importantes na prevenção de doenças, principalmente na infância, sendo o enfermeiro responsável por esse gerenciamento dentro das unidades primárias de saúde. Presente no Brasil desde 1804, a vacinação só foi efetivada com a formulação em 1973, do Programa Nacional de Imunizações (PNI) do Ministério da Saúde, o qual atua conforme a situação epidemiológica, vulnerabilidades e especificidades sociais para garantir uma alta cobertura vacinal, no entanto, nota-se um declínio da mesma e aumento de campanhas contra o incentivo desta prática. Objetiva-se com esse trabalho discutir sobre os grupos anti-vacinas (fake news), a falta de informações sobre a eficácia, prevenção e reação vacinal e também a falha do gerenciamento de enfermagem. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica dos aspectos históricos e epidemiológicos das vacinas na infância contidas no site Ministério da Saúde e artigos recentes sobre as campanhas fake news. A base de dados pesquisados foi o Scielo, Lillacs sobre os descritores fake news, enfermagem e movimentos anti-vacinas. Foram encontrados 106 artigos e selecionados alguns seguindo tais descritores correspondem a presente pesquisa. Conclui-se que a mobilização anti-vacinal juntamente com o compartilhamento da mesma em rede sociais corroborou para a queda da cobertura de todas as vacinas realizadas na fase da infância. A falha do cuidado na Enfermagem transcende o papel e também foi um importante contribuinte para esse caos. Visto que o profissional de enfermagem não realizou com eficiência estratégias que fizessem a sensibilização destas comunidades. Onde as mesmas foram atingidas com informações negativas.

The return of diseases that had been eradicated is characterized as one of the most worrying events of 2018. In view of this, several studies were brought about understanding the motivation of this hypothetical, and it is noted that there is a direct correlation between the fall vaccination rates and the increase in fake news. Vaccination is one of the most important measures in disease prevention, especially in childhood, with nurses being responsible for this management within primary health units. Present in Brazil since 1804, vaccination was only carried out with the formulation in 1973, of the National Immunization Program (PNI) of the Ministry of Health, which acts according to the epidemiological situation, vulnerabilities and social specificities to ensure high vaccination coverage, in However, there is a decline and an increase in campaigns against encouraging this practice. The objective of this work is to discuss the anti-vaccine groups (fake news), the lack of information on the effectiveness, prevention and reaction of vaccines and also the failure of nursing management. This is a bibliographic review of the historical and epidemiological aspects of childhood vaccines contained on the Ministry of Health website and recent articles on fake news campaigns. The database searched was Scielo, Lillacs on the keywords fake news, nursing and anti-vaccine movements. 106 articles were found and some selected according to these descriptors correspond to this research. It is concluded that the anti-vaccination mobilization together with sharing it on social networks corroborated the drop in coverage of all vaccines performed in childhood. The failure of nursing care transcends the role and was also an important contributor to this chaos.
