Abstract: Given all the beneficial characteristics presented in the literature, adopting measures of associations between efficient microorganisms to solubilize phosphates and the use of low initial solubility phosphates and organominerals, is the potential technological ally, the viability of more sustainable sources of lower impact for its production, produced by national industries. Thus, it is possible to aggregate the use of these sources more efficiently in agronomic character, with less costly activities, in counterpart to chemical treatments, biological inoculation, minimizing the demand for imports, and as a strong ally agricultural production, offering the producer a more effective alternative to use from partially soluble phosphate sources. The objective of this study was to evaluate the efficiency of phosphate solubilizing bacteria genus Sphingomonas spp. in association with magnesian thermophosphate and organomineral fertilizer. The bacterial inoculum identified as Soft 7 (Sphingomonas spp.) Was stored in 250 mL Erlenmeyer, in a volume of 500 µL previously grown in DYGS medium, and the remaining Erlenmeyer plus 200 mL of liquid culture medium containing 0,2 g/Erlenmeyer of magnesian and organomineral thermophosphate 01-12-00 (peat, organic compound, magnesian thermophosphate, MAP) as sources of P. The tubes were agitated at 120 rpm at 30 ° C, and the variables evaluated were: P soluble, pH and colony forming units (CFU) as a function of time over a period of 5 days. At the end of the assessments, day 5, there were increases of 23,362 mg / L (104.22%) for treatment with the magnesian thermophosphate source and for organomineral treatment, the values differed by a total of 28,427 mg / L ( 65.06%), comparing the values of each treatment with their respective controls. The association between phosphorus solubilizing bacteria of the genus Sphingomonas spp., With the sources, magnesian thermophosphate and organomineral 01-12-00, was efficient to increase the available P in solution for both treatments.
