Abstract: This article examines the impact of monoclonal antibodies in the treatment of Multiple Sclerosis (MS), focusing on ocrelizumab and natalizumab. It explores their pharmacological features, clinical efficacy, safety, and real-world application. The research also highlights the importance of biosimilars as a cost-effective alternative and the role of biomarkers in monitoring therapy. Home infusion is evaluated as a strategy to improve adherence and patient satisfaction. It concludes that monoclonal antibodies represent a therapeutic breakthrough in MS, promoting significant advances in disease control and quality of life.
