AVALIAÇÃO FORMATIVA DOCENTE E DISCENTE EM DIFERENTES CONTEXTOS DA EDUCAÇÃO ESCOLAR E PROFISSIONAL: UMA REFLEXÃO COMPARATIVA
as reflexões apresentadas são
provenientes de entrevistas qualitativas na área
da educação no município de Curitiba, no Estado
do Paraná. O objetivo é dialogar e perceber
a importância da visão educacional destes
formadores. Através de entrevistas com doze
profissionais da educação de três instituições,
uma escola estadual, uma organização não
governamental e uma faculdade particular,
constatou-se neste estudo comparativo inicial
que a pesquisa desta temática tem nos mostrado
um mundo diverso em relação à formação do
profissional da educação. Muitos profissionais
desenvolvem seu pensar com características
próprias, moldando o seu repensar da formação,
pautando-se em novas metodologias, onde o
saber é construído pelas experiências de cada
indivíduo.

Abstract:
The reflections presented from
qualitative interviews in the area of education
in the city of Curitiba, in the State of Paraná.
The objective is to dialogue and realize the
importance of the educational vision of these
trainers. Thorough interviews with twelve
education professionals from three institutions,
a state school, a non-governmental organization
and a private faculty, it was verified in this
initial comparative study that the research of
this theme has shown us a diverse world in
relation to the training of the professional of the
education. Many professionals develop their
thinking with their own characteristics, shaping
their rethinking of formation, based on new
methodologies, where knowledge is built by the
experiences of each individual.
