AVALIAÇÃO EDUCACIONAL ALINHADA À BNCC: IMPLICAÇÕES NA PRÁTICA DOCENTE
A avaliação em larga escala é uma realidade no cenário educacional brasileiro, incidindo sobre a formação e a prática docente no processo de ensino e discente no que concerne à aprendizagem. Assim, esse estudo objetiva apresentar a avaliação educacional em larga escala alinhada à Base Nacional Comum Curricular (BNCC) e sua implicação na prática docente com ênfase no Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Básica (SAEB). Destarte, metodologicamente, trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa de cunho bibliográfico e documental. O estudo evidencia que a avaliação não reflete a realidade concreta a partir da análise dos dados do Instituto Nacional de Estudos e Pesquisas Educacionais Anísio Teixeira (INEP), além conduzir a compreensão dos impactos da avaliação em larga escala na Educação Básica, enquanto instrumento de regulação e controle educacional consolidado sob o viés ideológico neoliberal, considerando o conceito de avaliação com vistas à emancipação da criança enquanto sujeito histórico-social.

Abstract:
The large-scale assessment is a reality in the Brazilian educational scenario, affecting the training and teaching practice in the teaching process and student learning. Thus, this study aims to present the large-scale educational assessment aligned to the Common National Curricular Base (BNCC) and its implication on teaching practice with emphasis on the National System for Basic Education Assessment (SAEB). Thus, methodologically, this is a qualitative research of bibliographic and documentary nature. The study shows that the evaluation does not reflect the concrete reality from the analysis of data from the National Institute of Educational Studies and Research Anísio Teixeira (INEP), besides leading the understanding of the impacts of large-scale assessment in Basic Education, as an instrument of regulation and educational control consolidated under the neoliberal ideological bias, considering the concept of evaluation with a view to the emancipation of the child as a historical and social subject.
