AVALIAÇÃO DOS USUÁRIOS SOBRE O “PROGRAMA EDUCAÇÃO EM SAÚDE AÇÕES DE HUMANIZAÇÃO NA CENTRAL DE QUIMIOTERAPIA DO HOSPITAL DAS CLÍNICAS DA UNIVERSIDADE FEDERAL DO TRIÂNGULO MINEIRO E SALA DE ESPERA INFORMAR PARA ACESSAR”
A Política Nacional de Humanização busca analisar o projeto de extensão “Sala de Espera” que é desenvolvido há sete anos na Central de Quimioterapia e no Ambulatório de Hematologia. É de suma importância compreender qual é a percepção dos usuários do Hospital de Clínicas da UFTM sobre o Projeto. Dentre os objetivos destaco: apontar as dificuldades e potencialidades dos projetos de Humanização; propor ações que contribuam para a melhoria do “Programa Educação em Saúde Ações de Humanização na Central de Quimioterapia do HC-UFTM e Sala de Espera e informar para acessar” na vida dos usuários.

Abstract:
The National Humanization Policy seeks to analyze the "Waiting Room" extension project being developed five years ago at the Chemotherapy Center and at the Hematology Outpatient Clinic. It is extremely important to understand the perception of the users of the Hospital de Clínicas of UFTM about the Project. Among the objectives I highlight: to point out the difficulties and potentialities of Humanization projects; propose actions that contribute to the improvement of the "Health Education Program Actions of Humanization in the Chemotherapy Central of the HC-UFTM and Waiting Room and inform to access" in the life of the users
